I mostly read technical books, out of a combination of necessity and interest. However, I do also like fantasy/fiction stuff.

Technical recommendation: Object Oriented Analysis & Design With Applications (Grady Booch).

Fiction recommendation: Belgarath (David & Leigh Eddings).

Movies

Almost anything, as long as it's funny/action. Crazy stories like Pulp Fiction are good.
